The Housing Clinic meets on Wednesday evenings, 6 to 7 p.m., in the Ceramics Room of St. Margaret's House, 49 Fulton Street (at the corner of Water Street).

If you are having a problem with your loft, or if you simply want to keep abreast of the enforcement of the Loft Law by the New York City Loft Board, come to our housing clinic and talk to a volunteer counselor.

If you need an attorney for legal services, we can supply you with a list of attorneys who are experienced in loft litigation.

If you need an architects help with building renovations, we can also provide a list of architects who are well-versed in Loft Law regulations.

Up-to-the minute LMLT literature, membership forms, and LMLT publications such as the self-help handbook Your Rights as a Loft Tenant, are also available at the clinic.
